INGREDIENTS:
- One 8 oz. can of crushed pineapple - drained
- One 8 oz. container cream cheese - softened
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)
- 1 Cup Chopped Dates
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 4-6 Granny Smith Apples
PREPARATION:
Combine softened cream cheese and pineapple; add mayo
Mix in the dates and pecans in small amounts (it starts getting thick).
This recipe is best made the night before and allowed to sit in the fridge. It becomes
softer and more combined as it sits. Wedge the apples and use for dipping. This recipe
is also great on toasted bagels.
